What is even more galling is that these fakes are protected by the constitution. If you tried a similar trick in a secular setting, you could be charged with fraud quite easily. I have no doubt that most of them know that they are fakes. (You can't tell me that Popoff didn't realise he had a radio receiver stuck in his ear). This makes them no better than the fast-talking swindlers who bilk old people out of their life savings. They should be held accountable in exactly the same way. If only we atheists didn't have such a high moral standard. Maybe we too could bilk the suckers for all they are worth, and sing hymns all the way to the bank. -Curt
