As I have said if Farrell wishes to believe this he can.  I'll just let
it stand.  But of you stick you chest out any more you might pop a button
Farrell.

Lenny knows that he cannot address the "Righteous Lot" and "Dave, Jesus,
and Situational Ethics" postings, so to keep from looking any more
ridiculous than he already has, he is leaving.

Farrell, I have to leave the list soon anyway.  I have a meeting in WV
and I have to get ready for it.  I will consider making a deal with you.
I kind of enjoy finding the answer to you questions and showing, at least
in my own mind, that there is a biblical answer to them.  
Would you agree to the following.

1.  You present your contradictions (or whatever). e.g. The Bible
contradicts itself because it teaches sitional ethics and not sitional
ethics.  Proof is Rahab being rewarded for lying.  (Or whatever you want
to present).

2.  I will give an answer to your Post.

3.  You will then tear it up. (At least in your mind)

4.  I will answer your second post.

5.  We then will move on to the next one.

My main objection is that you don't seem to know when to stop.  It just
goes on and on and on.

Either party could drop out anytime and others on the list could throw
some stuff in as they want.  Yoel always has some well thought out
remarks as does Ian. (It was a joke :)  Ian, just a joke.  Actually Yoel
is a joke, no joke, Yoel.

Of course this will have to wait until after I return from WV.

I have made a proposal.  If Lenny thinks that the Rhab exchanges have gone
on too long, let's consider it closed.  I have sent to the list again my
"David's Companions" posting.  When Lenny returns from WV, he can send a
response to it.  We'll see what happens.

I wonder if Lenny will also agree that in any exchanges on this subject or
any others, neither one of us will simply wave a posting aside with charges
of question begging. If one wishes to allege question begging that will be
appropriate, but we will have an agreement that all charges of question
begging, false analogy, nonsequitur, or whatever will be accompanied with
specific details to explain why it should be considered whatever fallacy is
alleged.  Furthermore, I will agree that if Lenny posts a detailed argument,
I will analyze it and show specifically where the argument errs logically.
Will Lenny agree to do the same?
