Forgive my ignorance on this subject. I have often heard that people talk
in tongues in some Churches. I never bothered about inquiring which
Church did this. Your being an ex-Christian and your participation in this
practice aroused my curiosity about the ritual. It sound primitive. Other
than feeling foolish during the practice, did you experience something like
a drug high? I seen a program on TV where some native cultures practiced
something like this, they would dance go into a stupor and foam at the
mouth. Was your experience something like this? It would be interesting
to find out if David Court practiced talking in tongues and how he would
explain it away if he didn't.
I just had some Mormons tell me that there is a Church of God and a
Presbyterian Church here that also talk in tongues.

I would be glad to help in anyway that I can, let me know when. At present
I am involved in a home improvement project and it is time consuming. I do
try to make time to read some of the errancy posts. I also helped Doug (my
son) move to Chicago, he is now working for EPA.
