Michael,

I have never claimed that the scientists held to the christian conception of
god, though many do. My point has always been that since numbers of good
scientists believe in something that transcends the universe,

TILL
Ah, so now "most scientists" have suddenly become "numbers of good scientists"?

WALT JR
what would drive them to that belief? The evidence. It may not lead them
to christian theism, however, it does lead them away from pure naturalism.
God has made Himself known through what He has made and scientists see
this...hence, theistic scientists. How do you explain this?

TILL
Yesterday, I posted the results of a survey that show most scientists are
atheists or agnostics. What would drive them to this position? The LACK of
evidence? What? Furthermore, the survey indicated that almost 80 percent of
physicists and astronomers are atheists or agnostics. These are the fields
that are the most concerned with the "evidence" that Walt has been peeing in
his pants about, so what would drive so many scientists in these fields to
their atheistic, agnostic positions? Could it be that they don't see any
indication in their scientific studies that "God has made Himself known
through what He has made"?

Oh, I know! I know! They are just biased. Never mind.
