Well, Stalin's mother wanted him to be a priest. He got extremely high
marks at the Seminary that he went to and was one of their best pupils.
I've never seen any evidence that Stalin was an atheist. Georgian
peasants tend to believe in God, but he may well have been an atheist in
later life . Of course, he was against the Russian Orthodox Church, but
that was it because it was a possible source of power and he felt all
power should be in his hands.
You do know that Poland was both a Communist and a Catholic state.
The Russian Orthodox Church, now that it has some power back, has turned
back to making life hard for members of other denominations. Other
denominations find their meetings broken up and , in some cases, their
Bibles have been burned, because they are American Protestant Bibles.

Oh yes, and Tung. They MUST have talked to a Christian at some time
that must qualify them eh?
