Tony-
The second law of thermodynamics tied in with entropy is scientific
evidence that the universe is increasing overall in entropy(one of the
corillaries clearly states this). Thus, any person that states there is a
force in the UNIVERSE that causes evolution(decrease in entropy within
organisms) to come about is wrong, because this is a DIRECT violation
of the second law(corillary).
Aaron O-
While thermodynamics requires that there is a NET increase
in entropy, that is in no way required in open systems,
such as the earth. The earth is not a closed system, so there
is nothing preventing LOCAL decreases in entropy *a priori*.
Take for example, a fertilised human ovum. If in sucessfully
implants in the uterus, it can develop into a baby.
A human baby is far more complex that a single, totipotent cell.
This obeservation alone destroys your notion of "decrease in
entropy within organisms".
Of course, the "force" that causes evolution is chance.
There is nothing mysterious about this.
Tony, why is it necessary to use an arguement that has
already been thoroughly discredited by scientists?
Do you think that we are stupid? many of us here are
very familiar with the dishonesties of the creation
"scientists". I suggest that these arguements are
only good for fooling the fools.
