In Exodus 21:22, it says:
"When men fight, and one of them pushes a pregnant woman and a miscarriage results, but no other damage ensues, the one responsible shall be fined according as the woman's husband may exact from him, the payment to be based on reckoning."
According to Exodus 21:12:
"He who fatally strikes a man shall be put to death."
If the Xian deity felt that killing a fetus in the womb was the equivalent of killing a man, why aren't the punishments the same? According to your Bible, it seems plain that god does not regard a fetus, regardless of its age, as a fully fledged human being.

thankful for; as for me, I rejoice that I am not a Republican.
