We will anxiously await Baker's resolutions of these problems, and if he
finds time to reply, I can quote to him several other biblical passages just
as explicit as the above that shows that biblical writers considered
Hivites, Hittites, Perrizites, Girgashites, etc. humans.

I really missed an opportunity to challenge Till back in June to do just
that. Here is my challenge to him. Till, find, and cite any biblical passage
that suggests that the Girgasites and Perizzites were human.
Till further said in June: "Isn't it time for him to pack it in and just
admit that his theory is totally incompatible with both science and the
intended meaning of various biblical texts?"
My response was: "I think its about time you stop demonstrating your
ignorance of biblical, and other historical texts. Your vain attempts to try
to make my theories look ridiculous is making you look ridiculous. If you
would stop insisting that the Bible was the work of liars and con artists,
more people would be apt to jump on your roller coaster bandwagon. I know
your questions are not sincere, and I also know that you have a lot to lose,
being the author and publisher of a periodical which condemns the historical
authors and writers of the Bible as a pack of liars, and inventors of myths.
Those ancient people were historians, and one day the world will thank them
for your attention to detail." I would like to add that if Till could
produce biblical texts that prove that the Girgasites, or "GROUND DWELLERS"
were human, I would agree to pack it in. If he cannot produce biblical
evidence that either Girgasites or Perizzites were human then maybe he
should stop insisting that the Bible is packed with myths and lies.
